I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel - the staff were kind and attentive and we were upgraded to a wonderful spacious and elegant room. Our night here was a nice contrast to the more corporate chain hotels we stayed in for the rest of our trip. It felt like we were in Mexico.
This hotel was everything we were hoping for! Its unique charm and rooms were stunning. The service was so great, we used WhatsApp to communicate and it was prompt and great every time. It was very central in polanco and we could walk everywhere within the neighborhood. The restaurant was also so charming and good! We would definitely stay here again

The on site restaurant was also a highlight, with excellent food and drinks. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here.
We had an excellent experience during our stay. The area is very secure and peaceful. It is also walking distance to the Museum of Anthropology, Soumaya Musuem, and Chapultepec. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay at Orchid House. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was lovely. The breakfast included pastries and some wonderful fresh fruit. Finally, the location cannot be beat!
We popped in for afternoon drinks on a Wednesday and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. We ordered a Gin Gin Queen and a maracuyá margarita. The premises are gorgeous and the rooms appear quite inviting. Great ambiance, tasty drinks and nice clientele.
Orchid House Mexico City is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect and felt incredibly safe, and the room itself was stunning. The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, making the entire stay wonderful. We truly can't say enough good things about this hotel!
